Mercedes-Benz is entering the 迈阿密 real estate game by partnering with New York’s uber-successful JDS Development Group. Together they are bringing Mercedes-Benz Places to the Brickell Financial District. When completed, the sleek tower will reach 67-stories and offer 2.5 million interior square feet, making it one of the largest developments in 佛罗里达.
The tower is currently under construction at 1 Southside Park in Brickell with 1133 SW 2nd Avenue as the address. This central address positions Mercedes-Benz Places with close proximity to the banks and financial institution that have made the area famous since the early 1980’s. It is also near the vivid entertainment and nightlife options that have flourished over the years. With a location that is convenient to I-95 access to 迈阿密 Beach or 迈阿密 International Airport is a snap.
